Ten Things I Believe To Be True:
1. Anyone who thinks Draco Malfoy is evil can go jump off a cliff - no really, go find a cliff and jump off.
2. It's good to get lost once in a while.
3. Love is less about never going to bed angry, and more about going to bed angry, but still waking up curled around each other.
4. Fairy Godmothers are real - they're also known as "good friends."
5. Comparisons are odious. Who's to say that a child's loss of her doll is any less grevious than a king's loss of his crown?
6. There is all the difference in the world between having something to say and having to say something.
7. When I have a camera in my hand, I know no fear.
8. Sometimes, all someone needs is for you to shut up, sit down, and listen.
9. Faith is the substance of things hoped for and evidence of things not seen.
10. We think too much and feel too little. More than machinery, we need humanity. More than cleverness, we need kindness and goodness.

Hello, hello! It's that time of year again where I wake up at the crack of dawn, travel to the Tidal Basin, and revel among the cherry blossoms. Unfortunately, due to horrendous weather in the weeks leading up to the peak bloom period & 4 days of overcast skies/rain during the week, there wasn't as much reveling as I'd wanted. On the bright side, it gave me a chance to really play with exposure & color, lighting & shadow and I'm pleasantly surprised at how some of them turned out =) So in between working crazy hours I'll be posting some of my favorites over the next couple of days as opposed to all at once.
